Segregation by gender is the solution.
Currently there are complaints by feminists that they have not enough representation in Parliament.
Quotas by political parties may seem unfair to some. The most obvious solution for democratic systems is to have segregation of male and female voters into seperate electorates represented by representatives of their same gender.
Hence, we will have Parliametary persons being representives for Male and Female Electorates. This should put an end to the complaints by feminists.

Segregation by gender would give proportional representation for each gender. It also forces LGBT to count their own troops to get proportional representation. I doubt if they can get more than one representative but at least they will have no more reason to be noisy in politics and would lose their “king maker position”.
