As long as someone might get sick, businesses might get sued. As long they’re sued, they could lose. They could face and lose dozens or hundreds of law suits. They could lose tens of millions of dollars. That would put the small and medium-sized business under. Why risk it? Why not wait?
Lawsuits have already been filed against businesses over COVID-19. Cruise lines were the first businesses to get hit with suits.
Vaccine injury lawyer Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Del Bigtree, producer of the suppressed vaccine documentary, ‘VAXXED’ and the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) are credited with this victory.
They demanded the relevant government documents proving that all federally approved vaccines had been tested for quality over the past 32 years — and there were NONE! Zero, zilch, nada!

Here are the huge legal and practical implications in this victory for the American people:
This means that the US Department of Health and Human Services and all vaccine makers have been deceiving the American people for over 30 years about the effectiveness and safety of vaccines.
This may ultimately mean that the continuing existence — at least in their current form — of five US “healthcare” agencies is now in doubt: the CDC, the FDA, the IOM, the NIH and the “Health” part of DHHS itself!
On June 30, 1979, Georgette Malette was seriously injured in a traffic accident near Kirkland Lake, Ontario. … Malette was a Jehovah’s Witness. She was unconscious but carried a card which specified that she was not to receive blood transfusions under any circumstances. The doctor proceeded anyway, believing it to be his professional responsibility to administer the transfusions to save her life.
Malette eventually made a full recovery and sued the doctor for battery for administering transfusions without her consent. The Ontario Court of Appeal concluded that the doctor was liable even though his medical diagnosis was correct. Everyone has the freedom to make their own choices concerning their medical care, the Court said, “regardless of how unwise or foolish those choices may appear to others.” The doctor’s expertise was irrelevant because the question was not a medical one. No one may overrule your wishes even if they lead to your demise. In the common law, autonomy over your own body trumps survival.
Work on a COVID-19 vaccine is underway, … if one does emerge, the most pressing question will be whether vaccination should be mandatory. At a press conference on April 28, Prime Minister Trudeau refused to rule it out.
On Jan. 15, the regional health commission in northern China’s Inner Mongolia issued a “super urgent” emergency notice to its municipal counterparts, explaining how medical facilities should respond to a new form of pneumonia.
… First, it asked hospitals to take measures to prevent the disease from spreading inside their facilities and train staff on such actions.
Second, it asked hospitals to set up fever clinics, and to “pre-screen and triage” any patients with fever.
Hospitals should also ask those patients if they had been to markets in Wuhan in the previous two weeks…
Finally, the notice asked hospitals to set up special treatment teams. Infectious disease experts must be included among the team members, it said.
The Inner Mongolia health commission … stated that the notice was “for internal use only, and cannot be distributed on the internet.”
In another internal document issued on Jan. 15 by the local health commission in Xilingol League, one of 12 administrative leagues within Inner Mongolia, authorities also emphasized fever as a key symptom.
On Jan. 19, a top Wuhan health official took questions from reporters, saying that he could not “rule out” human-to-human transmission, “but its risk was rather low.”
On Jan. 23, three days after Zhong’s public statement, China’s National Health Commission publicly releasedthe third edition of a document titled “Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for the New Coronavirus.”… that pneumonia cases reported in some hospitals in Wuhan since December 2019 were confirmed to be “an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by a new coronavirus.”
The above statement was also included in the second edition of the document, issued on Jan. 18—two days before Zhong’s announcement.
The second edition,… was previously kept secret. … marked …: “not to be disclosed.”
The second edition contains a section explaining that medical personnel in hospital departments dealing with patients with fever, respiratory problems, and infectious diseases should wear a surgical mask, goggles, and one-time-use protective clothing.
Despite such instructions, showing that central authorities knew the virus could spread among medical staff, they kept mum until Jan. 20.
… But that day, the Wuhan Health Commission wrote on its website that the “risk of human-to-human infection is low.”
The World Health Organization (WHO) also initially repeated China’s claims… “Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of the novel #coronavirus (2019-nCoV) identified in #Wuhan,” the WHO tweeted on Jan. 14.
A recent report by the Associated Press, also citing a series of internal memos, similarly found that Beijing knew of the virus’s transmissibility for six days before publicly admitting it on Jan. 20.
It took another two days before the WHO mission to China issued a statement confirming that “human-to-human transmission is taking place in Wuhan.”
2020, something like $8 trillion of new debt money has been printed and “now we’re getting a more accelerated debt deflation, which is caused by the printing of debt,” Max Keiser says.…
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has been diagnosed with the coronavirus, Interfax reports, citing a statement from Mishustin himself. According to RBC, this has also been confirmed by President Vladimir Putin.
Medicine in Drug Discovery, of Elsevier, a major scientific publishing house, recently published an article on early and high-dose IVC in the treatment and prevention of Covid-19. The article was written by Dr. Richard Cheng, MD, PhD, a US board-certified anti-aging specialist from Shanghai, China. Dr. Cheng has been updating everyone via his YouTube channel about vitamin C treatment cases out of China for quite some time now.

The principle investigator for “Vitamin C Infusion for the Treatment of Severe 2019-nCoV Infected Pneumonia” (ClinicalTrials.gov), which is a clinical trial underway in China using intravenous Vitamin C to treat COVID-19, ZhiYong Peng, who is also a professor and the Chief of Critical Care Medicine at Zhongnan Hospital, in Wuhan, China, recently hoped on Youtube with Dr. Cheng to provide more updates. A summary of that chat goes as follows:
- High dose intravenous vitamin C seems to reduce the inflammation of COVID-19 significantly
- It seems to reduce COVID-19 patients’ ICU hospital stays
- It seems to reduce the mortality rate of COVID-19 patients, although the number of patients may be too small
- Dr. Peng also mentioned that his hospital was giving Vitamin C powder to all healthcare providers and advised them to take 1-2 grams of Vitamin C powder, daily. He also stated his believe that all of the major hospitals in Wuhan were giving Vitamin C powder to their healthcare providers.
Vitamin C treatment, or the idea that it can be successful or is being used is still being labelled as false and misleading by ‘fact checkers.’ Cheng also had a message for the ‘fact checkers’ as posted in the description one of his latest Youtube videos.
FoxNews.com reports that
Explosive new internal FBI documents unsealed Wednesday show that top bureau officials discussed their motivations for interviewing then-national security adviser Michael Flynn in the White House in January 2017 — and openly questioned if their “goal” was “to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired.”
The handwritten notes — written by the FBI’s former head of counterintelligence Bill Priestap after a meeting with then-FBI Director James Comey and then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, Fox News is told — further suggested that agents planned in the alternative to get Flynn “to admit to breaking the Logan Act.”
For the longest time, these companies have been understood to be public forums. People could write and record whatever they wished to say, and these companies would not and could not be held accountable. People were provided a higher level of freedom of speech. Private industry remained protected. We were all satisfied with the arrangement.
That time, however, has passed. Social media giants have slowly been singling out and censoring voices, primarily of a conservative view. For liberals to think they wouldn’t be next would have been naive. This pandemic has proven it to be so.
Power does not discriminate. These social media platforms have decided to censor any opinion—conservative or liberal—that conflicts with “information you can trust from recognized health organizations.” This is the phrase labeled at the top of your mobile Facebook and Instagram account. Twitter has one. YouTube has a similar label at the top of its homepage—a label that has been shown more than 9 billion times.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced that Congress will not reconvene next week as previously planned. That doesn’t sit well with Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan, who says grocers are stocking their shelves, farmers are planting crops, states are reopening, so why won’t Congress? Meanwhile, the debate continues over a Phase 4 stimulus package on both sides of the aisle. Jordan has a better solution. “The best Phase 4 is to go back to work,” Jordan says. “We already spent $3 trillion and that was necessary, because when state governments, local governments tell business owners you can’t engage in your livelihood and run your business, you have to to deal with that. You have to help families and you have to help small business owners.”
